Sleep Disorder #2

Anyone else have this problem?

When you are trying to catch some Z's and you have NO IDEA what to do with your arms.
Mine are always flopping about. For some reason i can't just comfortably lie there with my appendages to either side of my body- which one may think is the most obvious solution...

It just feels weird. So there I am at night, arms stretched over my head (pins and needles) under my pillow/ head (pins and needles), or around C (pins and needles).

Anyone? Anyone?

I have the same problem! It takes me forever to fall asleep for this very reason. Stupid arms. >:(

One pillow on each side of you. Sleep with your hands on your belly and elbows out and on the pillows. This way your arms are comfy and there is no blood flow issue. I really wish I could use paint so I could draw a picture for you.

Oh yes, arms suck! They just hang there and there's no way to lie down without squishing at least one.

But like Beans, I usually hug a pillow or blanket or person, and that works out pretty well.
