Once again my pal Joel is in there like slim wear with the winning picture for the "Favourite spot" category with his photograph arctic bayou:

If he wins, he gets to go on a trip for 2 to anywhere the Metro publishes. 2 years ago he went to Paris.
Hmmmmm. Paris would be nice. I could dream, but unfortunately there is already a hottie in his life who he'd be taking OVER ME. sigh.

TTC Gear Grind....... again

I waited for 30 minutes this morning DURING rush hour -at 8:30am- On a Very Busy Street for a BUS that never came.

Because of this I got the following:

A) Frostbite
and
B) a taxi

Four years TODAY I was shooting back some Jagermeister with a guy I had my eye on since 2 months prior.
Thanks for coming over to 'play guitar', baby.
4 years, I can hardly believe it... in some ways it has flown by and in other ways it feels like a lifetime already.



Tonight we celebrate at the Swan... Oysters, wine and some fine dining- can't wait.

Oh hi there.
Been a while I suppose.

It's not that stuff hasn't been happening.... It's just that time is kinda flying by lately. I feel like I woke up one morning and BOOM- it's December.
Wasn't I just on a patio, like..... a few weeks ago?

To keep warm C and I have been keeping busy by wearing fun sweaters- (see pic #2) and ummmm.... dancing?

Wait a second, here....

How's it going bra? Remind me to choose other materials when shirt shopping.

THE GOLF SWEATER:
I saw my colleague / pal Jenna at work sporting that bad-boy a few weeks ago and HAD TO BORROW IT.
It's so.... me. We'll call it "Tacky-chic".
Kathryn and Bron had a wee karaoke shin-dig at their place last, last weekend.
We were tired but somehow ended up staying until 2am... which to us old folk is LATE.

My sweet potato sung into a sweet potato.

Holidays are creeping in quickly. I got some last minute online shopping done today for my sis and Robbie. Not much else to pick up, which is sort of refreshing. I am usually a last-minute-shopper-to-the-max.

New Years eve is also approaching. This year we have decided to forego out regular KW trip and stay in the city! Dinner with our good pals Fio and Ro and then back to theirs for some cocktails.
Sounds perfect to me, actually.

....Waiting at the bus stop for 20 minutes whilest getting rained on with nothing but a thin scarf to cover my freshly-blown-out blond locks.

I actually got up and made my self look half decent this morning, only to arrive on King Street looking like a drowned rat!
