Every time I am walking around and I see a cat perched on a doorstep waiting to get inside

A big part of me wants to run up to the house

Ring the doorbell

And then sneak away and hide so that I can see the owners expression thinking maybe the cat was the one to have rung

Keats. 691 Brock Ave. If you ring, you might as well come up for tea.
