Seriously. C Dawg had told me about this man but I couldn't wrap my lil head around it UNTIL I SAW HIM.
We were enjoying some patio time at Kilgours and he rode by. twice.
Our waiter friend was in a bit of disbelief when we told him and joked about cutting us off.
